COP 17 2011

The 17th Conference of the Parties (COP17) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the 7th Session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties (CMP7) to the Kyoto Protocol, are now in progress in Durban.

SolarWave is part of  the Swedish Pavilion exhibition hosted by the Swedish Energy Agency and the Swedish Trade Council. The exhibition runs parallel to the COP 17 conference.

New Distributor Announcement

SolarWave is pleased to announce that MediTec PurePharma Ltd is now an authorised distributor in Kenya and an exclusive distributor in Ethiopia, for SolarWave’s water treatment products. MediTec will take over sales and marketing activities from Bloomfield Systems Ltd. in Kenya.

WEO Limited is SolarWave’s authorised distributor in Tanzania.

Both distributors are experts in the industry and offer a wealth of experience. We look forward to working together with them.

SolarWave has installed a solar powered water fountain at Öregrund Golf Club.

SolarWave installed a solar powered water fountain at Öregrund golf club. This initiative was taken by the golf club as a step towards environmental awareness. SolarWave has installed the fountain to improve water quality and decrease vegetation in the pond in an environmentally friendly way. This is a showcase for other golf clubs. We hope that more golf clubs will make the move to go green.

New solar powered water purification system

A new solar powered water purification system has been developed in record time. It is a backpack concept, low weight and small in size. It has a high capacity of 350 litres/hour.
The development work has been possible due to a very competetive and skilled core team consisting of Procamp AB, GävleDala Designlab, Vector Industridesign, Trigger Design, Formaplast AB and Movexum.

Top solar research competence joins Solarwave
